Dr. Jean-Claude Guimberteau is a Plastic surgeon and was President of the French Society of Plastic Surgery, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2012.
Doubt, the prompter of science, has encouraged him to explore new fields of experience.
This project of conferences and exhibitions is the culmination of 20 years of research into human physiology, in an attempt to understand the mechanism of sliding structures under the skin, a long-standing enigma.
It is also an attempt to inform the public about the reality of their own anatomical constitution. Very little attention has been paid to this by the media and educational institutions.
And yet there is a growing demand among members of the general public for information on this subject.
The world beneath the skin is waiting to be discovered.

Modern technology allows us to venture into this relatively unexplored world, to contemplate and ponder over the structures that make up our bodies.
